Hi, I’m Angela Naff (pen name: Angelica Kate), and I believe stories can be a place to rest.
I write mostly clean romance and heartfelt fiction rooted in small towns, second chances, and the quiet work of restoration. My stories are about imperfect people learning to trust again, finding love in unexpected places, and discovering that healing often arrives gently, not all at once.
My characters tend to carry real-life weight—grief, loss, uncertainty, and the kind of faith that asks questions before it finds answers. They build things. They mend what was broken. They choose hope even when it would be easier not to. And somewhere along the way, love grows—not loud or rushed, but steady and true.
When I’m not writing, you’ll usually find me dreaming up new story worlds, traveling, spending time with my two pups Harley Quinn and Tesla, or with my two adorable grandbabies. I’m endlessly drawn to places where community matters and where people show up for one another when it counts.
Under the name Angelica Kate, I write stories meant to be safe places for readers—books you can curl up with, breathe through, and close feeling a little steadier than when you opened them. Stories that remind you that even detours can be part of the plan, and that love, when it’s meant to last, often begins right where you are.
